We’re seeking someone with great communication, problem-solving, and time-management skills. As a Front Desk Receptionist, you’ll have the opportunity to greet patients with a smile, schedule appointments, verify insurance, collect payments, and assist with various administrative tasks. You’ll also be engaging with patients over the phone, maintaining a welcoming reception area, and collaborating closely with our dedicated front desk team. As a Front Desk Receptionist, here are a few things you’ll do:

  • Check-in patients
  • Verify Insurance
  • Prepare patient charts
  • Collect payments
  • Check out patients
  • Answer Phone Lines
  • Schedule Appointments
  • Enter data into EMR
  • Clerical Duties
  • Computer Skills

Pay:
$13.00 – $17.00 per hour
